If you’re planning a long-awaited holiday with us, we want to make sure that you can book with peace of mind. That’s why we want to make it as clear as possible exactly what you can expect from us if your plans are disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic, including our refund guarantee if we have to cancel your trip.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to helping you plan your next adventure!

Balance due dates
All bookings with a departure date before 31/10/21 will now have a balance due date of 4 weeks (28 days) before departure, instead of the standard 14 weeks. If at the time of your balance being due, your holiday is in doubt due to Covid, we will endevour to push back your due date further and will only ask for your balance if we know your holiday is definitely going ahead.

Cancellations by us due to Covid-19
Your holiday won’t go ahead and you’ll be able to change your booking to another date for free or receive a full refund if:

  • The UK Government deem it to be Illegal to travel abroad
  • If the Government for the destination you’re travelling to decides to enforce quarantine on arrival and there isn’t the option to forgo this quarantine period by providing evidence of a  negative Covid-19 test
  • If you have a booking to any destination on the UK government red list that forms over 50% of the duration of your holiday.

It is a condition of booking with us that you have suitable travel insurance. We can provide any supporting documentation you may need in order to make a claim.

Your money is protected by the Travel Trust Association and can only be used to pay for elements of your booking. You can find out more about how this works on our About Us page.
