Background to Dubrovnik: Crowned the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’ for its sheer beauty, Dubrovnik will no doubt leave you in awe. The walled old town is home to a wealth of history and culture including numerous churches and museums. We recommend a walk round the city walls and to go up Mount Srd via the cable car to give you a new perspective to the city. Dubrovnik is also great for day trips, such as the Mljet National Park and the wooded island of Lokrum.

Background to Kotor: Nestled in the corner of Kotor Bay, this delightful resort oozes character and charm. Now holding UNESCO world heritage protection, the old town features a mighty ring of defensive walls containing a captivating labyrinth of twisting stone-paved streets leading to a selection of palaces, museums and squares. Enjoy the relaxed rhythm of life in Kotor and soak up the serenity and beauty that surrounds this delightful town.
