Milan has a humid subtropical climate with four distinct seasons. Spring and autumn has milder temperatures that range between 10 to 20 degrees whilst summer can get hot and humid with temperatures reaching 30 degrees or higher. July tends to be the hottest month, and thunderstorms are common. Winter can get quite cold, with temperatures often dropping to around 7 degrees or lower with occasional snow.
